Rachel Oborny spent over five years as a cosmetic chemist and formulator working at CDMOs — contract development and manufacturing organizations — where she developed anti-aging skincare, sunscreens, acne treatments, and medical-grade cosmetic products for some of the industry's most recognized brands.

Her expertise spans the full spectrum of skincare science: from peptide-based anti-aging formulations to aesthetics-focused actives, sunscreen chemistry, and beyond. She brings the same rigor and precision to every RSKU Skin product that she applied in professional laboratories.

In 2019, Rachel's formulation work earned her the prestigious In-Cosmetics formulation challenge award in New York City — competing directly against top global brands. That recognition affirmed what she already knew: that the best skincare is defined by what it does, not what it costs.
